In the early 80's I had a final divorce decree in Wisconsin, and Wisconsin has a 6 month waiting period before you can remarry. Within the six months, I went to South Dakota to marry someone and regretted it and came back to Wisconsin (not with him). I had my divorce in Wisconsin vacated and according to the attorneys I wasn't divorced in Wisconsin at that time as it nullifies the divorce. However, I have a question about the South Dakota marriage. I never did anything about it due to attorney's advice. And, South Dakota has a law that nullifies any bigamous marriage from the beginning. Do I have to do something to annul that marriage or nullify it legally?
Thank you
