my filling fell out of my tooth, (front) my dentist came
in afterhours to fix it. i paid the requested assistant fees of $75 up front. now she is taking me to small claims court to pay for that filling again
how do you answer a summons in nc

Very simply, you need to file what is called a 'General Denial". In it, you say, "I deny all claims made by Plaintiff and pray that the Plaintiff show proof of any and all claims by Plaintiff."

Sign it and give the original to the court... keep a copy for yourself. Then, get ready for trial.
