Do I have visitation rights to see my stepson?

What is the name of your state? calif
I am recently divorced and my divorce orders give me 50/50 custody of my two girls and every other weekend with my girls and stepson. X now wants to keep my son and now tell him that Im not his biological father. Am i allowed to revisit the visitation issue concerning my son when I ask for more time with my girls?

And are they all on the same visitation order that is now in effect?

My ex hasn't been letting me have my every other weekend with any of my kids because she doesn't like who she thinks is my girlfriend. I served her papers just to get the visitation outlined better and now she doesn't want my stepson to visit anymore. My son was included in the divorce agreement but i don't know if i can address that now or if she can all of the sudden change that portion of it now that Ive opened up this can.

As long as he is listed on your visitation agreement signed by a judge then she is in contempt of a court order. You haul her ass into court and continue until she pulls her head out of her butt and realizes this is no game.
