I was recently in an accident in which it was the other's persons fault. The driver of the other vehicle was drunk at the time of the accident. She was then arrested and taken to jail. I suffered injuries from the accident. including a concussion and injury to my neck, in which I am going to therapy for. My question is, should I get a lawyer? If so, what would be the common amount for lawyer to ask for in case such as this? Thank You

You need a personal injury attorney. One on contingency normally takes 25-40%.
