What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? FL

I am selling a condo in Miami Beach, FL myself to my current tenant thats been renting the place for me for the past year. He is using a mortgage and is currently in process of scheduling an appraisal (we have agreed on a price). I have put together the standard as is purchase agreement along with a condo rider and necessary disclosures. He doesn't have an agent but will be getting an attorney - my question is would his attorney just set up an escrow account and do all the title work and I, as the seller, would I just reply to any requests from his attorney or am I missing anything? I read someone mention that I would need an attorney to possibly draw up the seller docs ("conveyance docs") but couldn't find anything online on this.....just want to make sure I'm not missing anything. Thank you!
