Do I Need to Attend a Court Hearing?

I submitted my divorce documents through OnlineDivorceWA.com, assuming it would be a straightforward process. However, I’m now unsure whether I’ll be required to attend a court hearing. In what situations is a hearing necessary, and how should I prepare if I need to appear?

That is going to depend a lot on if your and your spouse can come to agreements on all issues - the division of assets, child custody, and support, alimony, etc. If you are unable to come agreement on these issues, then you will need the court to intervene, and that will require a hearing..

The website you mentioned is a commercial website. I don't really care to read up on what exactly the services are that the site provides.

If your spouse does not contest any aspect of the divorce and you don't have kids, the likelihood of an in-person hearing is probably fairly low. How to prepare for a hearing depends on the particular purpose of the hearing.

Just as a note, it appears to be a site that sends out a personalized packet of forms for the customer to fill out and file. Unless they offer some sort of expanded service, the OP didn't submit documents "through" the site.
