What is the name of your state? Im am a citizen of UK
I am starting a business which issues a web based newsletter that provides technical analysis of forex and futures on a monthly subscription basis. The company is registered in the UK but it is not registered with the FSA (Financial services authority) in the UK.
Under UK law I cannot provide this information to UK residents because it may be construed as an inducement to buy or sell a specific investment. For that reason it requires registration with the SFA.
Am I breaking any US regulations in providing such a service to US citizens. I am not acting as an agent nor will I trade on behalf of the customer. I simply offer the information. If i do need to be regulated to provide who can help me with the process.

Thank you
