What is the name of your state?OH

Friends of ours re moving back home to Chicago and have sold their condo and will be closing next week. They will be staying with us in a spare room till the end of the year.

Should I have them sign some type of agreement to protect us form any possible future problems like they say "we are not leaving" or who knows?

Thanks

If you think there is a posssibility that they will not leave by December 31 and you don't want them there any longer, then yes, get then to sign something to that effect.

Is it as easy as a letter that says they will no longer temporarily reside in my home after Dec 31,2005 and have them both sign and date it?

Thanks for the quick reply too.
