I have a question about do-it-yourself divorce in Oregon. My husband and I are planning to file as co-petitioner's and filing for joint custody of our children. I'm working on the papers but need to know if we have to worry about child support since it's joint/co-pet. We both have good jobs with the state and plan to share the raising costs of our children. We don't want to have to give each other money to raise them, we just want to do it ourselves. Anyone know how I can find out without going to a lawyer? Any help and/or guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
