What is the name of your state? CA

I live in So. California iin LB and my parents reside in the Inland Empire, still in SO. CA. My children were moved to Fresno by my ex a little over 3 agos after we divorced. If you want to catch up on the background of my case see my threads in the custody section of family law.

Anyway, my parents and children have always had a great relationship. Since my ex and I continue to battle in court over my visitation and rights as a father, my ex is refusing visitation to my parents who have recently requested it for a time period this summer. My parents are in the late 60s and early 70s and my ex has had them drive all the way to fresno to visit and will not allow visits unless she is present. Again, all this is aimed at me. My parents have said nothing to her for fear she will cut them off too. My parents called me last week very upset and want to know what their rights are. She plans to supposedly send our kids to her parents in another state the entire next 8 weeks. I'm not sure I believe that since every year for the last 7 years the kids spend only 2 weeks at the end of July with her parents. She is purposely keeping them away to continue to ruin my relationship with them. What can my parents do?

You have way to many posts to wade through, but in short, your parents can see the children on your time.

They have no dog in the fight, and no rights to visitation as far as I can tell.
