What is the name of your state? Ohio
I got 2 DUIs in my home state-Ohio. I recently got a DUI in Pennsylvania. My question is-can the 2 in Ohio count as 3 DUIs in Pa? Will I be charged with all 3? All of them happened in a 5 year span.

you are kidding right?? how many states are there now, let's see 50??? Do you honestly think that you can just move from state to state and they don't count??

My brother is a criminal detective for the state police in Pa.The DA calls this matter motion of discovery and it is clearly up to the DA if he should let the judge know.My best advice to you is spend the money and hire a good attorney.
