do they send warrants certified letter?

Thanks for the advice guys. I decided to go in and it turned out to be a utility knife they had confiscated that I didn't think I was getting back.

Great - see you worried for nothing. I believe they have to serve a warrant in person - ordinarily to arrest you in your home they need a warrant (or either your consent).
