Yes we first move on this land thinking it was our land..that's what my uncle told my grandma 25 years ago....this is what happen....

When my grandma moved here 25 years ago her uncle told her that this was her land..it was not surveyed..after she pass away..come to find out that her land is futher back and we were living on his land all alone..paying taxes on her land that we never lived on...now they want us to pay them rent to stay on the land....Can they do that? Do we have any rights?

Plus when my grandma passed she had no will and the land still in her name...How can I get it my name or her daughter my mother..she's the only one out of the whole family that pays all the taxes every year alone no help...?

now everybody talking about they want they piece of the land....what can we do to get there name out of the picture?

You need a lawyer. The issues are too involved here to deal with (and you'll need one anyhow to act). The answer is that if grandma and you have been living there, paying taxes, that the uncle knew you were there, and a few other things, you may be able to resolve the title in your favor. With 25+ years of history there is probably a bit of research to do.
