What is the name of your state? California
How would my husband go about getting his children's doctors review from previous visits? How about school information like progress reports, grades and picture day etc.? He has a court order to be informed but ex will not notify him of anything even daughters soccer games or health issues. Then says she did notify him and accusses him of not being there for the kids in front of the judge. He really wants to know how to do this himself and not be left out. Thankyou for any info.

He can write them if he's too far away and include a copy of the order.

Or, he can march into the separate offices and show them the order and have them send him e-mail or postal updates.

It's called getting off his butt and doing something about it.

He can also return to court and ask the judge to require proof from the ex in the form is certified mail receipts or e-mails.
