We were told we could do our own repairs on our basement and still recieve all the depreciation money.Now that it is time to pay they say they never said that . They said we will lose the 10 10 money what is that?What is the name of your state?

Yes. Plain English, please. We are simple people here.

However, if you are not going to use licensed, bonded contractors, the adjuster may not give you the extra money to put into your own pockets.
