Goodness gracious. I wasn't rude. I was pointing out to you that you asked a question, but provided NO INFORMATION whatsoever as far as a reference point.
Would you rather I have said "It depends". I can do that if you'd like "It depends". But, that doesn't help you, now does it?
Personally, I believe it to be rude for a person who is here asking for legal advice to ASSume that we remember each and every single poster, and all of their legal issues, regardless of the fact that dozens of new people ask questions DAILY, and that, if we aren't provided with the necessary information, that WE should spend the time SEARCHING for previous posts. Now THAT makes a lot of sense, doesn't it.
