does a judgement appear on credit report?

Hi (MI) if you file a case in small claims and you win---does that judgement appear on the other persons TRW? Thanks!!!

Yes it can. but you need to report it to the credit reporting agency yourself, the court does not do this for you.

i was told that you can't report a small court judgment to a credit reporting agency unless you are a member, and that equifax would be the only company that would take a non member report.
