What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? virginia, my 7 year old son was interogated by his pricipal and teacher asking him question about if his father hits him or beats him for no apparent reason, no bruises or marks, ever, I feel the coerced him and after they rewarded him with a prize. I asked the teacher several times for help in searching a tudor and they never got back to me in 3 months with any help. does the pricipal and teacher have the right to do that with no indications of abuse?

your post is all over the place.

you don't know what happened during the "interrogation" you don't know what led them to believe there was some abuse in the household, the school administration has a duty to report any suspected child abuse, and a parent is not required when confronting a possible child abuse victim about suspected abuse.

What the heck a tutor has to do with it, I don't know. why didn't you find one yourself, don't you think teachers have enough to deal with without adding on tutor finder?

Can they ask a child questions that might pertain to their health and safety? Almost assuredly.

If the police are involved, I would recommend you speak with an attorney.
