What is the name of your state? WI

My daughter was abused by her step father (my ex's husband) back in December, there are criminal felony charges filed against him.

Currently I have temporary primary placement and my ex has supervised visits with the kids once a week, her husband is not to have any contact direct or indirect with any child under the age of 18, and speciafically through CPS not with my children.

My ex is standing by him claiming it was an accident, and basically calling our daughter, the police, and medical professionals liars, even though her husband waived his rights and admitted to it in a statement to the police.

Anyway part of the "rules/guidelines" during her visits is not to discuss me, her husband, or the situation with the kids at all. Last night the kids came home from a visit with a couple of valentines gifts and they each had a card my ex gave them that said in my ex's handwritting "We Love & Miss You" Love, Mommy, Daddy, his daughter from a priously relationship, and their son they have together.

My ex has stated several times in court under oath that her husband is Daddy and they never refer to me and if they have to they call me "father" which is BS they refer to me by my first name.

So I do have calls into CPS and I also called the police and I'm waiting on both to call me back because they do not know if this can be considered indirect contact since it's in Moms handwritting. ALso her husband is to reside with his Dad as another condition and we found out yesterday that he gave a bogus non existant address to the courts, so we informed the polic eof that as well.

My Ex is pushing to get unsupervised visits back and I have been voicing my concern over her not maintaining the no contact order and CPS agrees, doesn't this kind of prove that she wouldn't? apparently she still thinks they can be one big happy family. She shows up to all of the court proceedings with him hand in hand.
I mean she is not supposed to talk about him at all wouldn't this be the exact same thing as her verbally saying to the kids Daddy misses you and loves you?

I was being told she was in denial and is starting to come around but her actions are not showing that.

Do you think this will be considered a violation of his bond and the guidelines for her visitations?

One card with their signatures and we love and miss you is a signal of brainwashing and possibly more, but not in itself proof of violation of contact .

We do not know the whole story either as CPS would .

Keep documenting occurrences .

Residency might be .

Thank you for the response.

I was told that it probably will not be considered a violation of the contact order since it was not in step dads handwritting. However it will prolong her supervised visits and add more stipulations on her for these visits.

My ex was not home at the time of the abuse, but she is only allowed supervised visits because of the condition of their home the night the abuse happenend, they were also being evicted and had to be out of there within two days and for comments she has made to CPS, the Judge, and to our daughter while she was in the hospital which was witnessed by the nursing staff, and because she is defending him and claiming it is an accident, etc.

I'm being told that eventually she is going to have to choose between her husband and the kids, but to me so far it's pretty obvious what her choice is, she shows up to all court proceedings with him hand in hand, and now this card. It's just unbelievable. Our daughter was in the hospital for 2 weeks because of him, and she sees nothing wrong with that. It's sick. Her whole family has twisted this in their minds to be my fault, I'm preventing her from seeing the kids, I brought all of this on, etc. The police were notified and everything was in the works 10 minutes after they took her to the hospital, I didn't call them, the medical staff did, I didn't even know what was going on for at least an hour, and everything was already in motion. Her husband abuses our daughter and I'm the bad guy.

The authorities are investigating the whole address thing then they will forward the file to the DA for them to decide if it is a violation of his bond.
