Does my GFS Mom have a case against me?

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CALIFORNIA

i you guys let me just get straight to the point. My girlfriend is 18 will be 19 next month I'm 22. We have been dating since she was 17 and I was 20, she was almost 18.(we are both girls) Anyways her mom is very religious and is convinced her and I are together, she says that she will take me to the cops and report me. She has she has evidence, but which in fact she doesnt, and the only reason why I know this is because she only has her THOUGHTS to go on, she always say she thinks something is going on by the way we look at each other, or the way I talk to her(I talk to her normal like everyone else) she has no physical evidence just her thoughts.

Now she still lives at home, and every time she goes away with me to go out to eat or to spend the night her Mom constantly tells her I will bring the cops to her house and have her put in jail....now my question is does she even have a case here? Since my GF is an adult could anything happen to me? PLEASE HELP

Mom is delusional and upset. The police are not going to deal with this as you are both adults.

That being said, it might behoove both you and your girlfriend to try and appease mom in some way by striking a middle ground. And if your girlfriend still lives with mom, she might consider moving out if she wants to be independent. There is an argument that my parents adhered to and I intend to adhere to even when my kids are legal adults - My house, my rules.

But the OP is still in the wrong forum. And if the mother has "proof" that OP has had sexual contact with her (at the time minor child) OP need to understand the potential issues. If any. And Criminal forum is the best place.
