i leave in ny state
i am disputing a charge by a big banks credit card made on 3/17/00 and they have credit my account ones by may 2000 and than they recharged july 2000 and recredit nov. 2000 and last week they recharged again and they say i dont have regulation z rightes because it was a business transection when i purchased a lot of calling cards that was defected and not working and i have send them back to the merchant and in fact its a personel card
i wonder if i can fight against them or i will have to go to court?
