My mother purchased 2 cars from my former bestfrieds father, who is a machanic. My mother also went to him for check ups and repairs, but my mother did not have the funds to pay up front for any expenses. The machanic would charge my mother crazy amounts for the numerous repairs. The car was never in good condition(both of them). My mother was making monthly payments till she could. Well the bill that was accumulated is suppposably $7500.00. The machanic tried to sue my mother , but later found out that she had receintly lost all possecion of her house. I have not lived with my mother in a couple of years and have no idea how they were handeling the situaion at hand. The cars were purchased over 7 years ago same with repairs. I was only 13-15 years old and I never signed anything. Now the machanic is trying to sue me. Is this possable?
