What is the name of your state? I live in New Jersey.

I noticed the following website: http://www.thespankingnews.com/. I have looked over the site and I am wondering does it count as Porn/adult material.
I think it does, but I am not sure.

Also, if somebody under age 18 were to view it, would that be illegal. I believe it is. I also noticed that there was no disclaimer on the site saying that you have to be over 18 to be there. It seems to me there should be. Please comment.
