Does wife's income get factored into Child Support in New York State

Here is my question and my understanding.
I live in NY

I do not work currently but, if i were to get a job...

Technically, I know that my money would not get factored in but this is what i've heard.

Judge can ask for my tax returns. If for example, I make clear $2,000 a month, Judge can say that my income can go towards the household bill which in turn frees up my husbands income allowing him to pay more support. Currently he pays out $1,750 to one woman (out of wedlock child) and pays $900 to his ex wife.
