What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? New York

I am a widower who recently remarried. My late wife's name is still on the deed and my present wife is concerned that if I should die, she will not legally own the home. The home is free and clear, and I have a will leaving my entire estate to my wife and daughter. Do I need to add my present wife's name to the deed? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
