What is the name of your state? az

My brother and his girlfriend are staying with me in my home. My brothers girlfriends dog jumped the fence the other day and bit a old man walking by. My question is since I am not the owner of the dog can they go after my homeowners for this guys medical bills? The guy called an attorney and she called me asking me for the name of my homeowners. Do I have to release that information to her since it wasnt my dog?

Yup. Give the information...you insurance may go after the dog owner for reimbursement.

Of course not...but the information will be revealed as a part of the legal proceedings that will surely follow your refusal.
(Oh, you DID notify your Home Owners Insurance that you have a possible claim pending, right?)
