One roomate had a dog living with us. The dog chewed many things, which I was not reimbursed for. Anyway, She refuses to pay for the most expensive items that were chewed up (Eddie Bauer Duffle Bag, Ralph Lauren Blanket, Nine West watch band). She'll pay half because the value of the items has depreciated since they've been used. She has since moved out. She is paying the rest of her part of the lease, but what about utilities? It wasn't our choice for her to move out. Also, should she pay the full amount for the items, and if so do you know of any court cases regarding this issue? Our lease is up in June.
I live in Missouri.
