Dollar limit on small claims in NJ?

What is the dollar limit for small claims in NJ? My former employer is trying to keep the $1300.00 credit that was on my corporate credit card when I quit, and I'm trying to figure out how to get it back through the courts. Any advice on the process for this would be appreciated.
