What is the name of your state? CA

Can I legally own a domain with the name of an established company in it? For example: buytoyotaparts.com - would toyota have any legal recourse?

Also,
Can I legally sell products like auto parts on such a site? Lets say I want to open an e-commerce site that sold toyota parts. Would I be impeding on Toyota's sales by selling Toyota parts that I own?

Note: I would not be claiming that I am Toyota or that I am constructing these parts. Just that I have the parts and would like to sell them.
