What is the name of your state? MN

I had my domain registered for my company for 5 years. I hired on a webmaster and he took care of all the updates for the last 3 years. He had the username and password. I just found out that he transferred the domain names *.net and *.com to his own account. He no longer works for my company and I need my names. I am using NetworkSolutions and had registered for the ownership of the names for 100 years but since he had the password and the credit card info to pay for things needed for the company he was able to transfer them to his name. Is this legal? Isn't he violating a law? What is the best way to get my names back? Thank you.

A 100 years?! Will we even have domain names in a hundred years?

Is this legal?
What he did? No. This is theft. You could contact the cops, but you are almost certainly better off going and seeing a lawyer, who can review all of the relevant facts, and figure out the quickest and easiest way for you to get your domain names back.
