I have a website called RealtorFlorida.com. I received an email from a person that said she owned RealtorCT.com and that she had gotten a letter from the NAR national association of realtors telling her she couldn't use that name. I have read many articles that say that they can't do anything to me, especially when it is only part of the domain name. Can you help?

As I understand it, "REALTOR" is trademarked and thus the trademark owner prevents others from using it without a license -- and the fact that you got the domain name does not mean you have the right to use someone else's trademark.
