What is the name of your state? TX

I purchased three domain names with the intention of someday using them to run a business.

I have owned one domain for about three years. The other two for less.

Each time I try to get the business started, something comes up related to my kids.

The company that I purchased them from has an "Under Construction" sign on these domains. I think they have made money from ads posted there but I have not.

Can I continue to hold onto these in hopes that I can use them, or is there some legal reason that I should sell them? What is the name of your state?

Is the same company hosting the sites? If not I would bet the host has the signage, not the seller of the domain name.

As long as you pay the registration fees and there are no claims for the names, they are yours to do as you wish.
