I live in PA. I have a 13 year old son and a 10 year old daughter. My son lived with me and my new wife for the last two school years. He has recently went back to live with his mother. While he was living with us I was not paying any support for my daughter. My ex agreed on no support since she had a child and I had one. I recieved a letter from Domestic Relations stating that I was to be in court Oct. 16 to continue support for both of the children. Do they take my current wife's income into account? Do they take my ex-wife's income into account? I have gone to court in the past when I was still married to my ex. They always gave me an income and expense sheet to fill out. I always thought that they didn't even care how much I was paying for rent, etc. When I got my most recent letter, there was not even an expense sheet included. Do they take my living situation into account or go strictly by a chart? Would it be advisavble for me to get an attorney since my situation has changed from the previous times. It just seems like when I go, they want more money every month that I can actually afford.
