What is the name of your state? Georgia

How do the two really effect each other? If the Husband is abusing the wife, he usually turns on the kids, even if has not done so already. How does this equate into the situation? Thanks.

This is at least the 3rd or 4th time someone has asked you politely to please keep to one thread, it is another example of your controlling and manipulative tendancies.

Your assumption is faulty that an abusive husband will turn on the children or that it will affect, custody. Again, since your plot to accuse him of sexual abuse of your daughter failed and he was cleared, now you are hoping to accuse him of domestic abuse hoping to get the upper hand in custody. Do you have any proof of this abuse, like pictures of injuries reported in a timely manner? A history of restraining orders? Nice try, no cigar

What may affect custody is the history of false accusations you are building.

Unless there has been (documented) abuse of the child, it will have little to no bearing. Also, verbal abuse towards children (especially as young as yours) is very difficult to prove w/o witnesses.

I realize that you feel this is a different issue than your other threads, but they really are all very closely intertwined, which makes it difficult to reply accurately to any one. Especially when each adds what seems to be yet a new wrinkle. Makes it very, very hard to put the entire picture together so taht we can provide you with good information. Perhaps you could create one thread that covers the salient points clearly and semi-concisely?
