What is the name of your state? ND
I don't even know where to post this really. My siter-in-law (husband's brother's wife) is psycho. She sent me vicous emails in January, has made lies about me and my family to everyone else in the family. We ignored it and forgot about it. Yet in the alst month she has brought it up again, calling us, giving us a bill for things like staying at their place when we came to visit (we were invited) and even waiting for my husband to get off of work (at 1 am) and screaming at him a few inches from his face as he walked out of work. We have told her numerous times that this MUST stop and she will not listen. We are at wits end. She has never physically threatened us, but it has progressed so much in the last few months we are worried it might get that way. We live an a faily small city, but we don't want to be looking over shoulder everytime we go to the store or out in public trying to keep from her, or think she will do something worse that just scream at us. Any help on what we can do? Is this grounds at all for a restraining order?

I'd try for a restraining order. Her actions are harrassment, at minimum, and are certainly concern for you and your family's well-being. Especially given the email, her actions, and any witnesses that have seen her act like this, it shouldn't be a big deal to get her away from you.
