help! I work for a telemarketing agency and was written up for going to the bathroom while a client was listening in on my talking. I wasn't gone longer than2 minutes. told the boss that when mother natures calls i can't wait. also i asked for a copy of my written warning and was told they don't give copies of anything.
A co-worker who is black was not on session being listened to by the client but was on her tape recorder yelling at a client and was never written up about that. is there anything i can do?
the managers back up is that i never told her where i was going yet everyone around me knew also the manager trainee came inthe bathroom to get me. she knew where i was yet i never told her where i was going. i feel like i'm being picked on.

**My response: what an amazing feat.
You could talk on the tele in one room and still use the bathroom in another room.
Or were you using a cordless telephone headset? And did you flush without the client hearing the sound of running water?

**My response: yes, tell the co-worker not to yell at clients next time.

**My response: this is the key issue; you never told the manager. So this is a lesson in following directions and abiding by the rules or urine a lot of trouble. Don't make your manager flushed with anger. So next time you must go, say so. Take a leak, give a peep.
