What is the name of your state? Nevada

My boyfriend has a 2 year old with his ex-wife. They have a custody agreement which she keeps breaking. She gets mood swings and doesn't let him see their son for days. He wants to get full custody of his son but doesn't really know how to go about it. His ex-wife has a history of violence and does not wish to seek help. She has made death wishes on me and my unborn and I have numerous police reports and TPOs against her and so does he. Last week she threatened to hurt herself because she wasn't feeling mentally well. Can all of this help him get custody of his son, knowing she is not mentally nor financally capable of providing a safe enviroment for their son?

If she's not mentally or financially capable of providing a safe environment for their son, then HOW did the child LIVE to be TWO??

No. Really. We NEED to know.

They didn't take it to court. They we're going to but made an agreement with their lawyers and signed the papers without going to court.

Yet another glorious PROOF that we should NOT "talk" to anyone other than the parties to the case.:rolleyes::rolleyes:

Did they FILE the agreement with the court?
Or did they just hire attorneys, sign agreements that are UNENFORCEABLE, and then wander off to the mall?

It was signed by a judge, sent to their lawyers and then they picked it up at the lawyers.
awesome! so now every time mom breaks the agreement, dad needs to document thoroughly, gather any evidence of the denial of time, after 3-5 times he should file for contempt
