Hello,

Right now my wife and I are going through a divorce. The reason is that she has had total disregard for my input as a father. A few months ago, she went behind my back and took our daughter, early in the morning, and left the country. Thats when I filed for divorce to get her to bring her back. So, here we are a couple of months away from the final hearing. During the temporary hearing, she tried to have me removed from the apartment on a temporary bases. I was right up front in telling the judge that "I am not leaving my daughter". The judge agreed and we are all still living in the same apartment untill it is final. She has repeatedly harrassed me trying to get me to retaliate. IT DOESN'T WORK! Instead, I went out and bought a mini-cassette recorder which I hold in the air and hit record when she starts harassing me. She immediately goes quiet and leaves me alone. Now, my situation is this............She has been going out and handing out with some woman who she just met. This woman apparantly is having problems with a very abusive man. When my wife goes to hang out with this woman whom I have never met, she has our daughter with her. Yesterday, I heard her on the phone with this woman when she said "I"m glad that you are staying with you brother now, it's alot safer for you there". I dont know about you, but I think what could happen if this man decides to get revenge on this woman while my daughter is there. So, I ask my wife to leave our daughter home with me when she is going to hang out with this particular woman so our daughter wont be in danger. She just said she is not giving me an answer and that I'm treating her like a child and then she walked away. That was the end of that. I really worried about my daughter being around such an increased possibility of danger. QUESTION: CAN I DO ANYTHING ABOUT THIS?
