What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? ohio

I was arraigned in July of 2007 for 1 count of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor. In may of 2008 they said they had to add the word knowingly to my charge i was then re-arraigned and the origional charge was never dropped. I received a paper from the court stating that I was found guilty on 2 counts of the crime when in fact it was only one count (i'm not stupid enough to do it twice). Can someone please tell me your thoughts on this situation i am in dire need of assistance.
