The city repaved my street and raised the level of the curb, they cut my drainage pipe for my driveway and raised it 3 inches, now the drains back up and flood my garage. I had a new driveway with drains put in about 2 years ago to stop the flooding of my garage and guesthouse behind garage can I sue the city if they dont resolve this for me.
