Does anyone have any ideas on how to enforce my ex's court order that states he cannot consume alcoholic beverarges 12 hours before and during his visiation with his daughter? When he has my daughter during the weekends Fri,sat, sun, she tells me he drinks but he puts it in a plastic cup now. She's six years old and her testimony I don't think will hold up in court. He drinks at friends and family houses with her. He's more cautious now, but still does it anyway and basically say's I can't do anything about it.I hired private I's , but they can't go into someone's home.
What is worrying me is that he has our daughter on New Years Eve this year also. If I have probable cause can I have a cop go inside his house or parents? Not only is he drinking but his house is 45 minutes away from his parent's home too, so he's driving. I don't even know if his parents are aware of this order. I just want to catch him before its too late. Please Help!

When he picks up the child for visitation.. if you suspect he has been drinking, call the police and have him stopped. A DUI would be the proof you need.
