What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Minnesota
My question is how can a DUI still go on your record after it was dismissed by the Judge? is there anything that can be done about this? We paid this lawyer $1500 in this case and now we are sitting her because we have to pay $680 to get his license back and it goes on his records still. Any suggestions?

The administrative action that resulted in your license revocation is independent of the criminal action against you. Just because you were found not guilty of the criminal charge doesn't change that at all.

Dui

We did have an attorney and he was stating because there was a 30 days timeframe to fight for your license that he cant do anything about it because we hired in on the 33rd day. So I am trying to see if that is correct or if there is anything at this point that can or can not be done.

Nothing, the attorney was right. The DMV administrative action runs much faster than the court one. You'll have to wait out the suspension and do whatever hoop jumping they want to restore your license.
