What is the name of your state? maryland i moved to north carolina after divorce and missed 2 child support payments my maryland drivers license was suspended and i had to return to court.this was 2 years ago. i made up these payments within a couple months. at this time my child support obligation and arrearage are over but my drivers license is still suspended .how can i remedy this?

You will need to check Maryland law with respect to reinstatement of your license. In Florida, if there is a "behind" amount, that amount must be paid in full. Otherwise, you can go to court and set up an agreement with the court. Upon making the first payment of that agreed amount the license must be reinstated. As I said, that is in Florida. Check your statutes.

Talk to the DMV and find out what documentation you have to provide to them to get your license reinstated. It may be as simple as getting proof that you are caught up from the CS agency, and presenting it to the DMV.
