State of Florida; man previously (3 years ago) arrested and convicted of driving while license suspended/revoked more than 5 times (34 years old) has been stopped this year and wondering what the penalty is for this traffic citation he was issued? If Lawyer present at arraignment could he possibly ask for his sentencing at that time and what could he expect? asap court date not far away.
