What is the name of your state? New Jersey
1st offense license suspended due to failure to pay fees to NJDMV no problem with the $500 fine but was wondering what up to 6 months suspension usually means( 30,60,90 days?) any chance i get no suspension or somthing like 30 days.

Absolutely. Go get the most expensive, biggest, baddest, most well-connected lawyer your money can buy.

It is if you don't have an attorney.

Did you get a ticket or did the DMV just send you the letter of suspension?
