There has been a restraining order issued by the state against my boyfriend from seeing me. It is a very long story but I would like this restraining order dropped. What do I need to do to have it dismissed. I think if I am the person being restrained against I sould have some sort of say in this matter. Any suggestion would be appreciated I just want my life back
