My boyfriend is on federal probation for. Tonite he was arrested for growing weed in our apt. He had a dirty UA, and his PO stopped by and searched. The plants were like a week old, and of course were confiscated, along with a bunch of other stuff. Any idea how long he can go to jail for? Any idea if there is any possibilty of him NOT going to jail? And any idea if he can get his stuff back? Some of the stuff that was taken, glassware, which is NOT used for anythign illegal, but was bought off an auction site "as is" so who knows what it was used as before. Oh yeah, this is all in Utah. What I really need to know is what can happen to him?
