in dec 2001 i was concicted of my first felony drug charge. i was given 10 yrs 5 in 5 out with 2 options, drug court or go to doc for 1yr and complete the drug offender work camp successfully. i ended up in drug court. i had never done drugs in my life before drug court and if i explained more you would understand. i was in drug court for about 4 yrs and i was having a hard time so i decided to go to doc for 1yr and complete that program and be done with it all. so i did that. my case workers along with everyone else told me i was going home, that the balance of my sentence would be suspended. at the end of 2005 i was brought back to mcclain county and i went in front of the same judge. i had no lawyer there. my family was there along with my daughter. that's when the judge said {i will give you the option to enter drug court. i was devastated and shocked. so basicly i had no choice and was sentenced to drug court again. From 06 to march 08 i completed the program through phase 4 successfully which is next to the last step. in march 08 a medical disorder that i have became out of control. i have epilepsey and it almost killed me 5 times by minutes. that was at the beginning right before i stopped driving for good. i was in the hospital alot. i have to have treatment on a regular basis. i am still working with my neurologist with medication combinations. i have had to apply for disability and i have already seen the judge and he told me and my family he will approve it. because of my medical condition i was unable to meet some of the drug court requirements and now the da is trying to terminate me and send me back to prison. i have overwhelming evidence from my doctors my neurologist i have witnesses that can confirm and attest to my daily life. drug court failed to offer any kind of assistance to me. can anyone help me in any way. my court date dec 10
