DRUG TEST

I GOT CAUGHT SMOKING MARAJUANA BY A COP BUT SINCE I WAS VERY HONEST WITH HIM HE DIDNT AREEST ME. I HAVE TO GO TO COURT FOR A BROKEN HEADLIGHT AND POSESSION BUT I WASN'T ARRESTED. AM I GOING TO HAVE TO TAKE A DRUG TEST?
I DONT SEE WHY BECAUSE I WASNT ARRESTED AND I WAS HONEST WITH THE COP. IM JUST MAKING SURE.

Before I begin, let me use this question to say "STAY OFF DRUGS".

Okay, I do not think you would need to take a drug test. But if you do, just remember this: urine tests are not as accurate as hair sample analysis. Hair sample drug tests test use from 90 days prior.
