Drug using felon dad

My daughter & I live in Texas. My exhusband moved to Arizona 9 months ago. He has not worked in 9 months so I am not receiving child support. He has only been to town a couple of times for quick visits. He has no permanent address, he was just convicted of two class 4 felonies, is using heavy drugs and tells me he's coming to town to see her. I do not trust him with her. Anything I can do?

Yes, we have been divorced for coming up on two years. I am the primary guardian and he is supposed to have her every other weekend and one day each week. Since he lives out of state, he has not been fulfilling his visitation rights, but thinks he can pop in town at any time and have her.
